One of the biggest challenges you face as a website owner is driving traffic to your website. There are many different methods that you can use to get Traffic to your site. One of the methods to accomplish this is Traffic Exchanges. Most of these sites are Free to join, with an offer to upgrade your account. Once you JOIN the site, you will need to put in your web address you want to drive traffic to. The next step you will need to do is to start earning  credits. You do this by using either the manual  or auto surf feature for that Traffic Exchange site. Not all of the exchange sites offer the auto surf feature. Each member that clicks to your website will be required to stay on the site for about 20 seconds to earn the surf credit.

Once you have built up enough credits, your website will be listed as a new link that other members will be allowed to click. The numbers of visitors you receive to your website depends on the amount of credits that you have earned. The more credits you have= The more visitors you will get to your website.

Now you might be asking yourself is all of this really worthwhile or a waste of time? Well I tried this method purely as a test. What I found was that my Traffic to my website increased 700% within a 48 hour period. So the answer to this question it is definitely Worthwhile.

Just remember that these visitors to your website will only be there for a very short amount of time! So make sure that you have a really eye popping capture page with a great opt-in offer! This will definitely increase your chances of them opting in for more information!

Today’s business can benefit from Social Media Marketing. This involves using websites that bring people together in an informal cyber-setting. The majority of these sites are free to join and use. The best news is that, by making friends on these sites, you can foster business relationships that will help you win over friends and associates.

FaceBook or MySpace are two of the primary Social Media Marketing sites. Setting up an account with either is easy; just follow the virtual form that is given. When you enter your data, include your company name and important information about your company. This will become a part of your profile for people to see whenever they visit your home page.

The things you can post are similar to what you can post on other Social Media Marketing sites such as FaceBook and MySpace.

There are special Social Media Marketing groups online that work as insiders’ clubs. You are asked to join, and then you ask others to join. This is a way to create a professional network. LinkedIn is one of these Social Media Marketing directory type programs you can use. Not only can you create a network of associates; you can also get people in other businesses involved who might, then, be your customers.

Social Media Marketing is the one of the best ways to reach people through the Internet on a personal level. It is all about making friends and then updating them on your business. It will only take a fraction of your time, and it may pay off in large rewards.

First of all I want to congratulate you for taking the time to read this article. That tells me that you are wanting to learn more about the Network Marketing industry.

Let me give you some scary statistics right here in the beginning. You may have heard this before, but it is vital that you know this. The fail rate for the Network Marketing industry is 97%. That means that only 3% of Network Marketers are successful. This is the reality.

So why is it that only 3% of Network Marketers are making any money in this industry? Is it because they are smarter than you? Or is it because they have the magic code to make money? Well the answer is NO!!

This 3% of successful Network Marketers were in the 97% category at one time or another. The way they got out of this category is they found their personal solutions to the problems they were facing. If they were using Affiliate Marketing methods, and they were not achieving their desired results, they moved on to a more successful strategy that was working for them. The KEY to this is to be very ORGANIZED. You have to track your results on a consistent basis. One method I use to track all of my campaigns, is to use separate folders on my desktop. I have separate folders for each one of my campaigns. I update this on a daily basis, to see which one is working the best. When you find which one is working for you, just DUPLICATE your efforts in this specific area. It really is that simple.

So why does one person have massive success in Social Media Marketing, and the other person has no success at all in this area. I recently had a friend tell me that the Network Marketing industry is like trying to open a combination lock. You keep spinning the lock trying to open it, but the lock won’t open. After several attempts, you get frustrated and throw the lock down. This is a lot like what Network Marketers go through when they feel like nothing is working for them. You feel like giving up or quitting, but DON”T.

After a few days of pondering your next move, you start to get to work. You start studying different Marketing methods, watching training videos, reading articles, joining Marketing forums, doing google searches………..

Now you have a better understanding of how the Network Marketing industry works. You are starting to feel CONFIDENT about the things you have learned. You BELIEVE in yourself. The lock is sitting there next to your computer. You pick up that lock with renewed energy and confidence, and start spinning that dial. First you spin to the right, than to the left, and finally back to the right! Your heart is pounding like like you have never felt before, and sweat is starting to drip from your forehead. You then take a deep breath and pull on the lock. An amazing thing happens at that moment, THE LOCK OPENS.

Congratulations! You are well on your way to explode your Network Marketing business, and join that elite 3% of successful Marketers.

Well as you guys no doubt know, to really succeed with our Internet marketing careers, we need to have great digital products that convert all of our qualified leads into real, cash-paying customers.  For many people, coming up with products will involve them creating them on their own, or it may involve them commissioning other professionals to do the hard work for them.

One of the most difficult things about network marketing is trying to decide which system you will use for your Marketing needs. Now that you have your Blog up and running there are several steps you need to take in order to start generating traffic. Even for the seasoned Blogger, this is an ongoing process to drive large amounts of visitors to your Blog on a daily basis. There are many different ways for you to drive traffic to your Blog. I am going to be listing the top 6 ways to make that happen:

1. Write Good And Valuable Content

There are several different things that happen when you post good content. When your visitor is reading your Blog and you are offering them a solution to their problem, your chances of them revisiting your blog is very high. That should definitely be one of your key elements that you focus on when you are posting to your Blog. You want to be offering your visitor a solution to their problem. These returning visitors will be sending links to their friends telling them how much you helped them. The search engines love it when you post fresh quality content.

2. Write Posts That Will Be Readable In A Year

This is a very good strategy. I was just conducting a Google search on Blog posting. The first item on the front page was an article that was written one year ago. This just goes to show you the Google still thought this was the best article related to that topic.

3. Encourage You Readers to DIGG Your Posts

You can go to Digg and register for an account. More of your readers that Digg your article, will increase it”s popularity. This will increase your traffic to your Blog.

4. Register Your Blog With Technorati

Now you want to start to get your Blog ranked. One of the best sites out there is Technorati. You need to go to the site and register for an acoount. They will then ask you to claim your Blog. Once you have done this, you can go to the next step.

5. Ping Your Blog Post To 50 Directories

In this step you want to go to Pingoat and Ping your new content that you just published on your Blog. This another great way to drive traffic to your site.

6. You Need To Post On Your Blog On A Regular Basis

It is recommended that you post at least once a day to your Blog. This will keep your current readers coming back to your Blog on a daily basis. It will also show the search engines that you are posting new content, and you have a much better chance of ranking high.

I think Self-Confidence is one of the most important traits you can have to be successful in business and in your personal life. Self Confidence is simply a belief on one’s own abilities. The only way you are going to have any kind of success is you have to have Self-Confidence. So what are the ways that YOU can start building your Self-Confidence?  I am going to list 6 different ways to IMMEDIATELY help boost your Confidence:

1. Focus On Your Strengths, Not your Weakness

When you start to look at your strengths and not your weaknesses you will begin the internal change in your mind. This is a necessary step to start building your Confidence.

2. Surround Yourself With Positive People

I am sure that most of us have had some friends that have a very negative outlook on life. Have you noticed that the more that you are around them, the more they start to change the way you are thinking. You could be having the greatest day, and the minute you start talking with them everything changes. They bring you down.

When I surround myself with people that think positive, my whole way of thinking is different. They make me look at life in a whole different way. This is a very important step

3. Don’t Be Afraid To Take Risks

You can’t be afraid to take some risks. This was a very difficult thing for me to grasp. I was so nervous about failing, that I would not take any kind of risk. Once I started to go out of my comfort zone and try new things, many new doors opened up for me.

4. Exercise Your Mind And Your Body

You really need to incorporate some kind of physical exercise into your daily routine. Whether it be just going out for a walk, or doing a full work-out routine. I have found that even a 30 minute routine on a treadmill can do wonders for the way you feel about yourself.

When I say Exercising your mind, I mean to read some great motivational books. You can also listen to some great audio books while driving in your car. This is a great way to start your day. Some of my favorite authors are Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, and Donald Trump.

5. Set Daily Goals

What I like to do is set short goals for me to achieve on a daily basis. This is a huge Confidence booster when you start to achieve your goals. It is very important to start off with daily goals. I like to write them down a yellow post-it and place it right next to my computer. Looking at them is a constant reminder of what I need to accomplish for that day!

6. Believe In Yourself

I saved this one for last. This is truly the most important thing you need to have to be more Self-Confident. If you don’t believe in yourself, then who is going to believe anything you are saying . The mind is one of the most powerful things in our body. Look in the mirror and start talking to yourself. I know this may be difficult at first, but trust me this is a great exercise. Are you speaking in a loud voice? Are you looking yourself in the eyes when you are speaking? Are you holding your shoulders up high? If you are doing all of those things when you are speaking to yourself, Congratulations, you are on your way to being more Self-Confident.

I hope that these few things that I have shared with you, have some impact on your life. I know that by applying these 6 principles for me personally has been life changing.
