About 3 months ago I was looking for a book to help me change my eating habits. I came across the book Dr Gundry’s Diet Evolution. As I was looking through this book , I quickly saw that Dr. Gundry ‘s book was the answer that I had been looking for. I purchased the book at Costco for a measly $9.

I began to read the book and adopt the different eating habits that Dr. Gundry lays out. He even includes like 70 yummy recipes in the book.

After several months of changing my eating habits, I began to feel and look like a different person. I went from a size 36 pants, down to a size 32. I lost 12 pounds. I feel like I am in my 20′s again. It really is amazing how different you can feel by adopting healthy eating habits.

Well on Saturday May 22nd I am at the Costco store In Palm Desert Ca and guess who I run into, Dr. Steven R Gundry. I was so excited when I saw him. I had to approach Dr. Gundry and tell him how much that he has changed my life. I enlisted the help of one of the Costco employees. I was armed with a copy of Dr, Gundry’s book and a friends I-Phone. I approached Dr. Gundry and introduced myself. I told Dr. Gundry that he truly changed my life, and I really wanted to thank him for writing Diet Evolution. I then asked Dr. Gundry if I could take a picture with him.  Dr. Gundry said that he would be happy to take a picture with me. I got a couple of pictures of us together. But the best part of this chance meeting was getting Dr. Gundry to autograph a copy of his book for me. Check out what he wrote in the picture above.

Dr. Gundry was very kind,  friendly,and appreciative of the comments that I shared with him.

Dr. Gundry is a world renowned cardiac surgeon. Dr. Gundry has had the opportunity to change thousands of peoples lives not only with his surgical skills, but also by providing a great guide for all of us to follow , to lessen our risks of Heart Disease, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Arthritis.
